Adam’s Porter Cable Polishing Pad Cleaning Instructions:

  • Spray Adam’s Foam Polishing Pad liberally with Adam’s All Purpose Cleaner.
  • Gently scrub surface to loosen polish and wax residue
  • Rinse clean with cool to lukewarm water until water runs clear
  • Gently squeeze out excess water
  • Allow to dry on plastic drying rack face down so water does not drain into the backing
  • Store in a clean, dry place away from dirt, debris and extreme heat for future use

Note: Some pad staining is normal and pads are perfectly safe to use on your next detail job.

IM NEW TO POLISHING. I USED TO HAND WAX, WHICH BECAME TIREDSOME AND BORING. I LOOKED INTO MACHINE POLISHING AND FOUND THAT ADAMS HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN ONE SITE. THERE ARE SO MANY PRODUCTS OUT THERE AND ADAMS TAKES ALL THE GUESS WORK OUT THE DOOR. I PURCHASED THE XP POLISHING KIT WITH AN ADAMS DETAILERS BAG, WATCHED THE DETAILING VIDEOS, PUT THE XP POLISHER TO WORK AND MY FINISH IS JUST LIKE NEW. YOU SERIOUSLY CANNOT HARM YOUR PAINT JOB AS A NOVICE POLISHER.

Great kit to get you started. My only complaint is that I bought it over the Premium detail kit. I ended up being all of the items separately and spent more than if I went for the big guy at the start.

I started out my Adam's collection with just the Essentials Detail Kit, because I didnt think I needed to get to into it and was worried about screwing up my truck with a high speed buffer. But after seeing the pictures in the forum of the results and watching the instructional videos I decided to give it a whirl. I broke down and bought the PC and tried it on my hood and WOW! You could see the difference in the paint right away. After using the SHR and Polish I went over it with MSW and the depth and shine was amazing. Its a must have for the "Shiny Car Guys" & Gals!

This is the perfect kit to kill all those swirlies on your paint. I used this kit to bring all 3 of my car to perfection. I seriously think I am addicted to polishing now. Is there such a thing as Polisher Anonymous? Every car I look at, I think to myself, I can fix that.

this is an ideal setup for anyone who enjoys taking care of there vehicles. if you have any fears about using a machine to polish fear not. this system is almost fool proof! the first vehicle i used this on was a 1995 blazer it looks unbelievable! thanks for the great products ! shine on!!!!

Great starter kit for the PC. I originally bought this kit with Gen1 pads (I have since upgraded to the gen2 pads). It a great all in one kit to get you machine polishing with ease.
