Thank you for the quick response and the quick service on my order. I was planning to use the products this weekend, but the weather up here in Portland just can't get out of the winter mode. The rain is one thing I can deal with, but we are getting a pretty good cold front this weekend (high 30's / low 40's) which is not typical. Nonetheless, I called of the detail for this weekend, so waiting on the white pad is not an issue.

We all make mistakes, it is how we react after making one that seperates the "also rans" from the companies that will enjoy long term repeat business. It sounds from the way you handled this minor hiccup we will be doing business again many times in the future. Thanks again for the good service.
